In which I pimp my friend's new blog!

You know how whenever you discover something great and you totally love it, you just have to force it on other people you are SURE will love it too?
No? Just me? Hm.
(Maybe that’s the “pit bull” part of my personality that Jen of Devourer of Books identified so accurately when we tweeted about what happens when I fall in love with a book and evangelize it like crazy.)
Anyway….it’s no secret to most people in my life that I love this blogging thing and have been DYING to have a real-life blogging friend here in Richmond….so when my friend Meaghan told me last week that she was thinking about starting I blog, I basically said “yes yes yes, oh you HAVE TO DO IT!”
And you know what? SHE DID!
*waves* Hi Meaghan, you rock!
Meaghan is a full-time teacher and a part-time bookseller, and she has eclectic reading taste, though she’s currently on a YA binge. She’s fantastic, and I want you to know her and for her to know you, the wonderful people that make blogging worthwhile. Because it’s not about loving books so much as it’s about loving the people who love books. So…

Congratulations on a local blogging buddy! I finally got some local friends to commit to a book club, but I’m hoping someone will get the bug and start book blogging too.

Just remembered I wrote the post today but it’s scheduled for tomorrow, so I’m doing the exact same thing you are doing today only I’m doing it tomorrow.
