Read-A-Thon Update #2 (6 hours in)

Current selection: I’ve spent the last 2 hours with The Last Song and am in desperate need of a break. About to pick up Bad Mother by Ayelet Waldman

Time spent reading: 5 hours, 15 minutes.

Page count so far: 300 (172 since last update). Keeping up with my average page-a-minute pace.

Books Finished: None yet. In the middle of two, which is unusual for me.

How’s it hanging? I’m getting tired and fighting the urge to nap. Might be time for some caffeine.

Etcetera: #IHeartTheSpark is turning out to be more difficult than I expected because although the book is fluffy, it’s so bad that it’s hard to pay attention, and my brain is starting to feel mushy. But I am having fun tweeting about it and think I’ll pick it up later today.

    Wow, you’re doing really great considering you don’t even like the book you’re reading! It’s definitely time to stop torturing yourself and read a decent book for a while. Hopefully that will help wake you up! :)

    You are doing great. I got a little thrown off schedule this am, but I’m back on track now. Keep up the good work!

    I will surely need a nap a bit later unless, I walk around the house constantly until I fall over from exhaustion…LOL
