An F-ing fun meme!
2009 at 1pm Posted by Rebecca Joines Schinsky
Trish posted this fun meme earlier, in which you are assigned a random letter and must name 10 things you love that start with that letter. When she assigned me F, I wondered how I was going to come up with blog-appropriate items, but it wasn’t too difficult.
- The F word. I know, it’s not very ladylike, but it’s multipurpose and you can adapt it for use as just about any part of speech.
- Free stuff, especially free books.
- Fazoli’s breadsticks. Buttery garlic deliciousness. Yum yum.
- F. Scott Fitzgerald, particularly for The Great Gatsby.
- Funny customers. Okay, most of the stuff they do that makes me laugh is actually based on ignorance rather than humor. But it’s still funny.
- Feminism
- Frankness. I really appreciate people who don’t BS around.
- Fettucine Alfredo
- Literary fiction
- Intelligent, interesting friends (and bloggers!)
If you want to play along, leave a comment here, and I’ll randomly assign you a letter…then you do a post, and people request letters from you, and well, you get the picture.

I’m game. Assign me a letter!
I love this meme. Trish is supposed to assign me a letter, so I won’t ask for one here.
I want to play – assign me a letter, please.
I’m doing J. Tomorrow.
Hi,
I have tagged you for a meme.
Tamara
LOVE the title. You rock.
This sounds fun. I would like to be assigned a letter also please!
Gotta agree…the f word is very versatile and I use it far, far too often!

Hi Rebecca.
Here’s my meme for the letter M

Thanks!
Great list! I love free stuff, fettucine and F. Scott Fitzgerald too!
This meme reminds me of a “conversation” I had with John last night. We somehow got stuck using the letter “P” as often as possible. It took a long time to get through what we were saying because we had to say things in a roundabout way, but it was fun, and we’re nerdy.
I put up my response: http://beastmomma.squarespace.com/life-from-the-belly-of-the-bea/a-perfect-meme.html
