Teaser Tuesdays: The Help

    • Okay, I just started The Help by Kathryn Stockett last night, and I didn’t get very far before sleep overtook me. My teasers are from pg. 110, which I haven’t actually read yet:

    I hear a click, a rising rumble, then feel a slow, intense warmth on my head. But suddenly there’s a pop!

    Sure hope that’s not a spoiler :)

    And on an entirely unrelated note, have you seen that Denny’s commercial from the Superbowl with the banana? If my husband walks through the house singing “You can call me Nanerpus” one more time, I don’t know what I’ll do.

      Intriguing teaser … and no, I haven’t seen the commercial but..you poor soul, I feel for ya. I wake to my husband cranking out The Pogues almost every weekend. Small doses I can take, but first thing on a Saturday morning!? Uhhg!

      Wow, that really makes me wonder what’s going on there. Good teasers!

      I managed to avoid almost all the commercials in the Super Bowl this year. A singing banana? Cute.
