I don't really like reading overtly political books about current day. I get tired of hearing and reading about those people IRL. I'm really laughing at the feral cat story - we were visiting our friends at their cottage yesterday, and their neighbors have two feral cats as pets (!) who kept sneaking out from under the porch to tease our dogs.
