I never thought about it much, but I totally agree about authors participating more on LT. It's no fun to see that they have only one book in their library- their own.

Devourer: My thoughts exactly! I get it that they want to publicize their books, but I'm going to be much more interested and willing to give them some of my time if they show a little willingness to do the same thing and use LT the way it's meant to be used. What I love is when they have a sizeable catalog but only one review--and it's of their book.

I'm always disappointed with the authors that have exactly 12 books in their catalog, no tags and either nothing or nothing but publicity on their pages.

I agree that there isn't much to comment on most LT authors' pages. Many of them have blogs, so I usually interact with them that way instead. A couple of authors of mine - Brandon Sanderson and Janny Wurts - do hang around in the Green Dragon group occasionally, which is nice.

Matrimony definitely interests me. I just have to decide if it's worth getting now or waiting until the TBR pile goes down a bit and trying to get it for free!

I love the new cover of Matrimony and have it on my want to read list. I'm like you, though, I already have stacks of books all over the place now.
